IIS WORKER PROCESS HIGH CUP

One of our team member make candler Booking (Appointment) reminder , after that iis worker process is taking High cpu .
i restarted all services no change,

Server OS : Windows 2012
Mail Enable : Enterprise Edition (Version 9.x)
RAM: 12 GB


If any one know any solution to resolve to this issue

You really need to ensure your running the latest version 9.84 from the link below as you have only indicated that you have 9.x.
