I noticed this on all our maileable servers. I even upgraded to latest version still the same.
Our Timeout settings for imap connections if IDLE is 300s but it seems they stay there and dont adhere to that setting.
I attached an image as proof of this. Is this a known issue.
Am I missing something maybe?

The time you are seeing in the list is the connection time, i.e. the time since the client connected. The IDLE time is the time the server will allow the IDLE command to go for. It is best to keep it at the default value - making it lower will probably put more load on a server since clients will just go through the reconnection process again.
