Filter- Where the originating country does not match
Filter- Where the originating country does not match
MailEnable Professional. I am trying to use the standard filter criteria "Where the originating country does not match" But when I click on the drop down to select a country there are no selections. I cannot add a selection manually at here. Is there something else that i have to enable elswhere in the configuration or somewhere I need to manually enter a country?

Check that you have a file called countries.txt in the directory:
Mail Enable\Config\GeoIPData
This contains the country list it uses. If this file does not exist, or is empty, please reinstall MailEnable to correct it. Otherwise I can only think file permissions of your logged in user is preventing access - see if you can open the file in Notepad when logged in, it is just a text file.
