imap sync issue

Hi;

I am using imap for my mail account. There was a problem today and mails are not coming but I can send mail. I am getting sync error as below. How can I solve my mail server version 10.30

Hi,

The first step is to download 10.38 from our downloads page and perform the upgrade as there has been many fixes to IMAP and other MailEnable core services that you need to apply.

Hi;

Will the version be upgraded only when I download and install the latest version exe of the new version?

Hi,

Correct. You need to download version 10.38 from our downloads page and run the executable file. It will run through the upgrade procedure and provide an option to preserve your existing configuration and data.
