Hi;
Outlook does not receive incoming new mails for some users. However, when I look at the web mail screen, I can see the mail. Why is a new mail appearing in Webmail not coming to outlook or how can I trigger it to arrive?

Re: mail receiving problem
Have only seen this issue when the user allows their inbox to get a crazy large number (>50K) of messages. have them delete the account from Outlook, readd it and then do some cleanup.

Re: mail receiving problem
Are they using POP3 or IMAP? If they click send/receive does it finish the syncing process? The dialog that shows should indicate if there is a sync problem - possibly something is not completing to see the new messages.

Hi;
users use imap. I can't see a mail that I see on webmail in the outlook programme defined as imap. when I send/receive, the mail does not come. the mail does not receive in outlook. This is a problem that I have not solved for me and it is constantly recurring in other users.
where can I look at the log records of such problems.
can anyone help with this?
