Can you upgrade ME PRO from 1.9 to 1.2 without any problems, or having to relicense?

In regards to you upgarding from 1.19 to 1.2, there should be no problems with the licensing when you upgrade.
When you upgrade to v1.2 just make sure you select the option to preserve exisiting settings.
