AV Error - "AV-1006" The Scratch Directory Doesn't

I finally upgraded and bought the Professional Version to use virus scanning and the other features of a Paid Pro version, but I get an error when I click "Test Settings" under the AV Plugin.

Here is the exact message I get:

Error: AV-1006 The Scratch Directory () configured in the registry for this antivirus application does not exits. Please check your registry settings.

It appears that messages are getting scanned but the error is disturbing.

What AV software are you using? Ensure that the scratch directory exists in the mailenable directory (ususally c:\program files\mailenable\scratch).
You can check the registry setting for this by navigating to "regedit" and to this regkey location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mail Enable\Mail Enable\Agents\MTA\Filters. Next locate the AV regkey respective to your AV software and ensure that the Mailenable Antivirus Scratch directory has an entry.

Have you checked the AV filtering log files to be sure the messages are getting scanned?
