Occasional mail failure

"ME-E0032 DATA command failed"

I'm getting one or two of these a month across all my users. Nothing in common with the domains they are sending to or anything like that.

Any ideas on a diagnostic path?

I have the same problem:

[SMTP:Stefan@madeupdomainname]: ME-E0032 DATA command failed. An error occured when transmitting the message data to the target mail server.

Can anybody help?
