Redirected mail is not received

Hi,
Have set up redirection on several accounts within the same postoffice. Most of these work OK but all email redirected to a particular external domain do not (exemplas.com). There is no returned message, and the final user account does not get any message. I have tried changing the forwarding address to a different external domain and this works OK.
I also know that mail forwarded/redirected to this domain from my ISPs mail server does work OK.
My best guess is that the domain we are sending to is excluding/rejecting the email for some reason - perhaps a setting on Mailenable?
Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you checked the Mailenable log files? If you are smarthosting then you can check the SMTP logs, if the redirection is local you can check the postoffice logs. Have you checked the badmial folder for the missing messages?
