I've got a client that reports some attachments are no longer attachments when forwarding messages.
I've verified the issue, there are some e-mails with attached PDF's that will forward, and some that won't. It's not a virus software issue, do not have real-time scan running, only the filter scan.
Any ideas? ME 1.16 Pro

Hi,
Are you referring to version 1.16 or 1.6? If you are running 1.16 then I suggest you upgrade to the latest version which can be found here:
http://www.mailenable.com/mailenableprof.exe
What email client are you referring to? If webmail is being used to forward the message have you modified any of the ASP pages for webmail?
Ensure that you have a licensed version of Mailenable and that it hasnt expired the evaluation period. You can check this in your diagnostic report.
