Cannot See Mailbox in 1.7

I have some sort of permissions problem and can't figure it out. I can telnet in to my server, run the diagonistic tool with no errors, and ping the server. When I send an email to one of my mailboxes, according to my logs it cannot be delivered because the mailbox is unavailable or does not exist. The mailbox is active. Anybody got any ideas?

You should check the log files of the MailEnable services for more information. Only the postoffice connector really deals with mailboxes... so perhaps check the log of that service first.
