If you want to activate filter on *.txt.exe, yes, it is to add this as attachment extension.
But there are TOO many variants, for example:
file.txt.exe
file.txt .exe
file.txt .txt.com.exe

etc...
So, there is NO POINT to add double extensions in filter, since there are too many of them

Instead, I suggested ME developers to remove attachments BUG, which will enable you to filter *.exe, regardless of double or multiple extensions:

Of course you could filter on *.exe* this will cover all variants. And judging on what I have seen not many if any people sent txt docs so you could even filter on that also *.txt.

Ben,
if you read my previous article, and especially the given link, you would know, that filter has a BUG and if you enter to trigger on
*.exe
it actually triggers on
*.exe*

It should be modified to trigger on extension, not to do the text-search thru whole filename to find any occurence of searching string.
