My delivery event handling application was not being triggered by delivery reports. I read in the Enterprise docs that 'bulk' message such as delivery reports will not fire the event.
Does anybody know how to either change it so that bulk messages fire the event, or alternativly change it so that delivery notifications are NOT marked as bulk?
Anybody?
Its kinda important since the dealine for my newsletter management system is approaching fast and this is a major roadblock.
