rejected by the recipient domain

Post by cheinan »

Hello - and sorry for posting this important issue twice
but its seems nobody respond in the MailEnable Standard form
and i am developer so i will try to get more luck here.

I have jast installed mailenable standard edition on my server.
After a lot of effort i am succeed to send mail from my outlook in my home computer to external server for example gmail or any other.
But when the person how received my mail trying to replay he keeps geting that error:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.1.1 unknown or illegal alias: webmaster@web-art.co.il

under the SMTP>properties>advanced tab>inbound autentication section is set to "Do not require authentication".

And in standart edition i do not find:
SMTP>properties>inbound>port settings>"Settings" button
in order to check
require connections to authenticate before sending is not ticked
it seems there is not port seting section in SMTP>properties>inbound window
in standard edition

i will be very thankfull for any halp to solv this.
and sorry again for posting this issue twice
beging for your halp
