I'm writing an "import" mechanism that takes a list of post-offices and mailboxes, and creates the structure in MailEnable. It's based upon the "MailEnable™ Account Creation/Signup Example" from the developer resources page.
If I create the post-office and then try to add a mailbox, (i.e. the postmaster), the "AddMailbox" times-out, ("MailEnable Postoffice Service error: 3 Timed out waiting to block for POSTOFFICES\{post-office}\MAILBOX" as from the Windows Event Viewer), for the first attempt. Subsequent mailboxes are added successfully, and sometimes the postmaster can be added on a second attempt, but not always.
In addition, after the mailboxes are created, if I try to log in to the webmail site, it returns the "invalid username or password" error. However, if I log in to the webadmin site and simply update that mailbox account, (even if nothing is edited), then the log-in succeeds.
However, if the post-office already exists, then the mailboxes are reliably created, (though the log-in error can still occur - not always!).
Can someone help either by solving the errors, or by providing sample code that will create a post-office, postmaster account and a range of mailboxes in one go.
Thanks,
Paul
