Filters per PostOffice

Post by Poker »

First, thanks for talking the time to read this.

Second DO NOT flame me for posting and not searching the forum for a this answer. It is not possible See post: http://forum.mailenable.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=22767

Third, the actual problem.

I am trying to setup a Filter on a PostOffice, I have FILTERS.CMD which runs a VBS script. The VBS is run, but when it looks for the file, the file is not there...!

This is an incoming email (I want to do the same for outgoing as well, but if I can sort this, I guess that will be easy).

So, I am looking for the file at "C:\data\Queues\SF\Inbound\Messages\FILENAME", where SF and FILENAME are drawn from the Filter request.

What am I doing wrong? Is the message processed away before I can access it? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Hope you can point me in the right direction.

The message is being delivered, if that makes any difference...

OK, so I think I am getting somewhere with this...

It seems, even though I am trying to catch messages coming INTO the server, the Queue which fires the Filter is "OUTGOING" not "Inbound".

So the next question is, where do I catch-up with the SMTP messages from this post office?

I traced the first problem by looking at all of the queues when the VBS fired, but now I have done the same, and I cannot see it going out...

Any Help?
