Call exe when new email arrives

Hello,

We've MailEnable installed on our server. I've one requirement to call exe whenever new email is received on server. Is there any way that whenever new mail is received, my .NET application (EXE or any other way) gets notification immediately? (FYI, both MailEnable and our .NET application are on same machine.)
