hello mate . I installed this but getting an error like MailEnable not installed ??? what can be the problem ???

This does not work anymore, at least with the version 9.15 of mail enable because it seems to check in the registry for
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\\Mail Enable\\Mail Enable\\Connectors\\SMTP
which is not set. I guess mail enable changed what they are doing in the registry.

I used the real reason of the code to fortify an EHLO blacklist framework that I at first proposed in considerations that incorporates the IP areas of software engineers, who consistently square individual mail accounts by techniques for failed confirmation tries, to the SMTP deny list. Sean's technique gave me the code I expected to control the parsing of the log records.

I have just stumbled on your post, are you adding the IPs to the DENY tab file or to windows firewall?

Can you share a bit more on how application works, and will you be sharing the application with the community? I'm running Standard version, and interested to give it a spin.

My ultimate goal was to check the Ips against AbuseIpDb and add them to windows firewall if they were listed there before, like in https://www.hmailserver.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=32739

But was not sure how to go about it. Your implementation looks good.

Hi Akeilox.

The Firewall it Works as a service. It has one user interface to allow configuration and check for every data on it.
The application needs SQL Server to store for all the data, and management all blocks and white lists too.
After detection it simple block the IP Access on Windows Firewall, it is more secure, than blocking it in MailEnable
I had lots of attacks from Brazil, after I have implemented the Firewall it is stopped.
I had seen AbuseIpDb, but it is a paid service, it will be not available on the first version, but in the next version could be implemented for sure.
Now it blocks SMTP, POP and IMAP connections, in the next few days it will blocking webmail too. Now I'm using a third party firewall to do that.
If you are interested in testing it just send me a message.
The application it is lot advanced than that version that I have posted the image, it was the first version , it is almost on commercial version .
