Inboud Email routing - Country specific

Post by k_k_sinha111 »

• Hi,
I have the following requirement.
I have multiple email domains and exchange server for each country. Example - "test @ in.test.com", "test @ us.test.com", "test @ au.test.com" and "test @test.com".
I want all the users from any country should send mail at "test @test.com", but if the user is from India then the mail should come to "test @ in.test.com" and if the user is from USA then the email should reach to "test @ us.test.com". Similarly, the acknowledgement to the sender should go from "test @test.com" and not from "test @ in.test.com" or any other country specific domain. However, user from both India and USA will send mail at "test @test.com".
What I want to achieve is that if the user is sending mail from India then his email should not travel to USA or any other country and it should routed to "test @ in.test.com" locally.
Can you please let me know if you have any solution for this or if your product can help us achieving in this.
Thanks,
Krishna
