Adding Allowed Subnets Required for Symantec A/V

I am changing to cloud filtering services from Symantec and they require a wide range of IPs to be locked down per user. My previous service provider only had a few ranges, so using the asterisked wildcard notation was lengthy, but bearable. Implementing this list below using asterisked wildcard notation would be excruciating.

Does ME allow another notation method that can be used?
