Password Authentication always pop-up in Outlook

Hi,
We are still encountering Password Authentication prompt in outlook randomly on some of our email accounts, this happens sometimes when certain mailbox is receiving large emails or when we encounter intermittent internet connection.

Is this problem related to our Mailenable Mail Server?

Were using Mailenable Enterprise 3.61. We also encounter this issue before on Mailenable Pro 3

Please help us to resolve this issue as lots of our users are experiencing this problem.

same here, almost everytime my computer boots up from cold.
in other words, when its been disconnected to my imap and pop3 services.
very very annoying. been like this a long time now.
