Safari Message Scrolling Problem

We had a customer call us telling us that he cannot scroll through messages on his iPad while using Webmail. I have confirmed that this problem exists while using the Safari Browser. Is this a known problem, a skin problem or is there any general fix for this?

its a big problem and on one no how to solve it..its only that everyone got this problem...?
