webmail on different IIS

Hi

I use for some time MailEnable and I just wonder how is (or if is) possible to install WebMail on a different IIS server . I have a Win2012 R2 that is my main IIS/DNS server and another Win2012 R2 that is the MailEnable sever and on wich WebMail is normally installed. Can I setup WebMail on the first server that I have?

I forgot to say that all is behind a router where ports are accordingly forwarded.
