First time here, so be patient please, I have not found any other topics same issue related.
I'm partner in a Brazilian hosting company and we have just migrated some accounts from MailEnable 8 (Enterprise) to MailEnable 10 (Standard). It happens that one of customers webmail is not displaying the body content of messages from one domain.
Comparing .MAI files in inbox folder which are shown correctly I've found out that all of them is set to use charset UTF-8 and this one domain uses charset ISO-8859-1.
So I've checked Webmail settings and found out the default charset is indeed UTF-8. Then I realized that Webmail has a dropdown menu to choose charset in the message, however even selecting ISO-8859-1 the content is not displayed.
The last try was to check if previous server (MailEnable 8 ) was set with different option in Webmail settings, but UTF-8 was the one selected.
I wish someone could help me to solve this issue.
