How to configure ALL outbound email from MailEnable to go to smtp.Office365.com EXCEPT email being sent to SAPTest.com?

The backstory is that an app creates EML files which it puts in the ME smtp inbound drop folder to be sent out. Some EMLs go to SAP email addresses to be processed by an SAP app on a different server. The rest of the EMLs go out to O365 to be sent on. We are replacing the IIS 6.0 Manager, which handles this, with MailEnable.

To setup in ME I created an SAPTest.com domain, set the domain to act as a smart host, added the IP and port. It works - dropped EMLS are delivered to the SAP server.

To get the rest of the EMLs to smtp.Office365.com I tried smart host on the smtp connector. But, it sends everything, including SAPTest.com to O365.
I also experimented with the post office outbound tab but had no luck.

Make sure under the SMTP smart host settings you have enabled the checkbox:

Domain smart hosting takes priority

Otherwise the SMTP smart host will be used instead of the you have configured for saptest.com.
