Don't Require Email Address in Contacts

Please change the contacts in Webmail so that an email address isn't required to save the contact. I would like to use this as my main address book but there are some people who just don't have email addresses.

I also have a few clients who think this is a great idea.

one other idea is to have the tabs at the top changable. for example insteads of name, nickname, email, cell. be able to change it to name, email, country, tel etc...
