ListServ - Add Member Name & Member Type

I administer several e-mail lists (both large and small) and it would be nice to be able to add a Member Name and a Member Type in addition to the Member's E-mail Address.

The Member's Name would make it easier to find and identify a member rather than just by an e-mail address.

Member Types
Normal - Can Send/Receive e-mail to/from a list.
Send Only - Can Send e-mail to a list, but does not receive e-mail from a list.
Receive Only - Can Receive e-mail from a list, but cannot Send e-mail to a list.

In addition, when using MeAdmin, it would be nice to be able to sort by Member Name, Member Type or Member's Email Address.
