Adding images to webmail signatures

Post by sagelike »

Currently, when a user wants to add images to their webmail signature they must upload the image to their webspace and then manually copy and paste the image URL into the Signature image URL field.

This isn't very intuitive and many users simply don't have the skills to do this without a lot effort and frustration.

- It would be nice if users could simply upload images directly from within the Signature Image Manager.
- It would also be nice to see a link function in the Signature editor

thanks!

I agree - not just with signatures but also with general adding images into an email. Its a pain at present to have to upload to some on-line source and then to add as a URL. This is too technical for some of our clients to achieve.

Absolutely! I complete agree with this. As it stands now, I have to remote into every single client we have and set up their webmail signatures. Makes me reconsider what I'm doing with this software.
