Spam, "deliver-to" not working correctly

Post by MzaNike »

I have upgraded some weeks ago to the Premium edition.

No Spam is delivered to the Junk-Mail folder, insted of just being "marked" as Spam with an addition of the subject line.
If i got to the postoffice properties, i do see that there is no check set.

I found another thread, where someone wanted the other way round
https://www.mailenable.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=40912
1. Open Windows regedit and navigate to the following registry branch:
OS: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Mail Enable\Mail Enable\Connectors\SF
2. Add anew DWORD named: Deliver-To Status
3. Set the decimal value for the key to: 1
4. Restart the MailEnable services and test.
I do see this setting set, probably it is overruling everything else?

Where is my "error"?

Thanks for your help!
Michael

Now i have the next problem.
This deleting of the reg Key disabled "deliver to Junk Folder" for all.

If I do enable it via Postoffice Properties (just to have it for one domain) it is not working.
I do see the SPAM Protection in the header but not the entry: deliver to
If i set again the reg value back, it is set on global level :?
so what are the requirements to get the Postoffice Properties working correctly.

Probably something wrong when updateing from Standard via professional to premium?

Regards
Michael

PS:
currently set:
"Junk E-Mail Processing" option under Servers > localhost > Extensions properties window is set to "Messages are moved Inbox".

if i choose Junk Mail... ist it on a global level or just where the option is set on Postoffice side?
