Looks like Earthlink is not accepting your email address, and dropping you. Check the W3C/Activity logs to see if they have returned a reason for this. Earthlink uses reverse lookups/blacklists/etc. and since they are disconnecting you when you send the MAIL FROM command, it is likely you are not matching their requirements.
