Any help with this would be appreciated, they are the only client that does this, we have lots of other using the service without any problems.

Hi, what version of MailEnable is is installed on the server (the diagnostic report will report the version number)?

From the logs, it looks like there may be something corrupt in the mailboxes inbox or in the _index.xml file.

It may be best to log a defect via the ticket system at www.mailenable.com/support. (use the free defect category of course).
If you do submit a ticket, I would suggest including the IMAP debug and activity log with the submission. The _index.xml file from the mailbox inbox folder might also be useful.

We are running EN 3.53

The issue appears to only occur when this client accesses from a certain PC not from their blackberry.

Here is the corresponding entry in the debug log;

I should be able to fix this in 15 minutes if you'd like for $10.

My initial suggestion is to upgrade to the current point release:

http://www.mailenable.com/download.asp

It is possible/likely that the crashing issue may have addressed in the now current release. If that does not work, you could either take peter up on his offer or log a ticket with support as a defect and they will investigate the matter.
