Outlook Sync

Post by rfwilliams777 »

Has anyone else seen where the Sync only pulls up the contacts from Outlook but not the calendar? I installed that on 11 computers and not one of their calendars went to the webmail. They are all using Outlook 2007.

Hi,

Are you referring to the Outlook synchronization utility or the Outlook MAPI client?

Hi,

Ok, which version of the utility and which version of Enterprise? Have you inspected the utilities log output to see if there are any errors occurring whilst syncing the calendar entries to the server?

Lastest versions of both.

I have not checked the logs. I will revisit the client and view the logs.

Hi,

What is reported within the Outlook sync log file when you sync from client to server? Are there and obvious errors?

Hi,

Within the "configuration" window for the Outlook synchronization utility next to the Enable Troubleshooting logging, click on the "view" button to view the log output.
