Unable to sync calendar with Outlook 2007

We have outlook 2007 with latest patches and running mainenable syncronization utility version 1.23 but not able to sync from Outlook to webmail. Able thought to sync from webmail to outlook?

Here is the error we are receiving in the log:

6/22/11 11:38:50 AM Item 11 [Mailenable Error -Sat June 25] with EID=000000005C762177DD0C8E4A82ABC531E844F8FD64D74300 is being validated
6/22/11 11:38:50 AM Item 11 [Mainenable Error -Sat June 25] is in an unknown state because it was modified before the last sync time, but does not exist in the conversion table. This is an error because the item does not exist in the conversion file, but does exist in Outlook with a modified date before the filestamp date of the conversion file.
6/22/11 11:38:50 AM Item 11 [Mailenable Error -Sat June 25] is being added to the server
6/22/11 11:38:50 AM Synchronizing APPOINTMENT Server->Client
6/22/11 11:38:50 AM Request->(www.xxxxx.com: /HooDoo/Servlet/Request.aspx
6/22/11 11:38:51 AM Server reported having 1 items of message class: APPOINTMENT
6/22/11 11:38:51 AM Checking Outlook for Item UID=991EC95B49094817B386146550C4BD6E.CAL, with EntryID=000000005C762177DD0C8E4A82ABC531E844F8FD440A4400

Anyone know why this happening? This happening for all calendar items..same error

Hi,

What version of MailEnable Enterprise are you referring too? If older than 4.26 then I suggest you upgrade first and try again. If running the latest then I would suggest lodging a support ticket and providing credentials for the problematic mailbox containing the appointment entries and providing a copy of the sync utilities log file.

We have the latest ME Enterprise version and tried the Sync utility. It works great with the contacts and tasks but not the calendar (no matter what we did). Any recommendations?

We have the latest ME Enterprise version and tried the Sync utility. It works great with the contacts and tasks but not the calendar (no matter what we did). Any recommendations?
What version of the utility and MailEnable are you referring too? Have you checked the Sync utilities log file to see if there any errors occurring during the sync in relations to calendar appointments?

I have not had the opportunity to revisit the client's office to check any logs.
