Spam filtering too restrictive recently?

Has anyone else noticed the spam filter sending more than usual amounts of legit e-mails to the Junk E-mail folder in Webmail (server)? It started about a week ago. I don't know if it is a versioning issue or if something funky happened with some spam databases. I've had to shut down all spam filters running with ME and just run the ones with MXScan (and even the scoring was adjusted some).
