TLS, enable or disable

Dear all,
need your advise. If we enabled TLS, spam mail will greatly reduced but some of the customer complaint that they can't received legit mail from their sender. once disable, spam mail will be a lot and at the same time, their sender mail will reach the customer.

logfile didnt show any error and just say mail did not pickup by MTA.

TLS is a security connection for computers to your mail server. It doesn't do spam filtering.

If ME doesn't have the built in filtering you need, try MXScan.
