DKIM Missing?
DKIM Missing?
Running enterprise v8
Was following a guide for setting up DKIM for a domain. When I right click the domain and choose properties, there should be a DKIM tab..
This is nowhere to be found, what could be the issue here?
Thanks

Re: DKIM Missing?
Here is the guide that I followed.
http://www.mailenable.com/documentation ... /DKIM.html
As you can see setp 1.c is : Select the DKIM tab and click Configure.
This tab ain't there.
Would really be glad for a solution

Re: DKIM Missing?
You probably still need to enable DKIM for the server (and should really be following the Enterprise 8 documentation and not 6)

Re: DKIM Missing?
Mine is working as follows:
Under Messaging Manager > Post Offices > {PO Name] > Domains I get a list of domains assigned to the post office. If I right-click the domain name (not the post office name) and select Properties I get the DKIM tab.
Cheers,
Brett

Re: DKIM Missing?
Okay - you stated you were selecting Properties on a Post Office and I'm trying to indicate that it is the Properties of a Domain within the Post Office that should be selected.
Re: DKIM Missing?
If that's the case my bad..
I am checking properties for a domain. No DKIM tab

I know this post is old but I too have experienced the same exact issue as OP, I have tried numerous things to get the tab to show but no joy. I didn't know if I should start a new thread as this is my exact issue and didn't think I should create a duplicate. I am working with Enterprise version 8.61.

Hi,
https://www.mailenable.com/downloadprevious.asp
If the above does not help then try rebuilding the .msc file (MailEnable mmc snap in) following the details in the following article:

First step would be to update your installation to 8.65 from the link below to ensure you have all MailEnable updates and fixes:I know this post is old but I too have experienced the same exact issue as OP, I have tried numerous things to get the tab to show but no joy.
