Critical System Messages - ActiveSync

Good Day,

We had a couple of these messages before we upgraded to v8.51 but this is the first we have had since the upgrade. Email message is as follows:

Critical System Messages

MailEnable has recorded a critical system message.

Value: License rejected for MailEnable ActiveSync. Valid

We have had a couple of people complain that when using Outlook with the they would lose sync. By that I mean that the Outlook would stop delivering emails to the end user. They would go into there webmail and new mail items would be there. They would have to close Outlook and when they opened Outlook back up, it would then sync all of the emails.

Thank you for any assistance in this matter.

Okay we think the problem that occurred last night that caused the errors was not on out end and is working well this morning. :D

We still have Outlook syncing issue that need to be addressed. Guess I'll make a new thread?
