The Mobile web mail website that is present under IIS is the old Mobile web mail used for wap devices. In the later versions of MailEnable provide a link to access mobile web mail on the web mail login page. The interface will also detect if you are accessing the web mail client on a mobile device and provide an option to either access the desktop or mobile version. Therefore you can ignore the mobile web mail website if you are not accessing the client from an old wap mobile device.
