All current users have to use their full email address email@example.com to setup or log into their account. When setting up email on a mobile device it always defaults to just firstname.lastname without the domain. Is there a way to get the server to accept either?
Can someone from Mailenable please reply to this question or do I need to raise a ticket?
If domain.com is the default post office then firstname.lastname will work without having to add the domain portion, and that is the only post office that can act that way.
