Script Filters

Post by tstrip111 » Mon Mar 28, 2016 9:14 pm

I would like a certain post office to be able to send locally and to certain remote domains only. How can I configure to allow a postoffice to send to certain remote domain instead of all using the script filters?

Hi,

Here is an example:

Code: Select all

FilterResult=0
If CriteriaMet([ME_FROM],"*@exampledomain.com*") AND _
not CriteriaMet([ME_TO],"<REFERENCE><FILE>domains.txt</FILE><PATH>C:\Program Files (x86)\Mail Enable\Config\Filters\Patterns</PATH><REFERENCE>") THEN
FilterResult=1
End If
You need to create the "domains.txt" file in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mail Enable\Config\Filters\Patterns" and add each local and remote domain the postoffice domain can send to. (embrace each entry with wildcards. I.e: *exampledomain.com*

Thank you Ian. Do I need to do anything to the restrictions tab? Do I change it to local only? Do I need to add any actions for this script?
