Hi,
For some security reason we have applied "Enable Abuse Detection and Prevention" policy on all users. It is many times happened that the our local LAN / Wifi IP block and and user unable to get the email or send email until restart the SMTP service from server for immediate access or we have to wait for certain time period to be allowed the IP.
1- Is there any way to get the log/track user whom attempting wrong passwords.
2- From where may we increase the wrong passwords attempts with above said policy
It will be very help full to track and prevent user for further blockage of IPs.
Thanks

Hi,
Within the administration console under "MailEnable Management" you will see the "system Messages" window when you click on "MailEnable Management". It will report IP blocks that are abusing the services and banned by the abuse prevention and detection option. There is no way to change the value for the incorrect abuse attempts.
