Need to check delay in Email from MailEnable Server

Post by tanveer.hussain » Sun Jul 10, 2016 2:56 pm

Dear Experts,
I am in the situation that getting email delay almost 15 min to 20 min on certain time period from 4:00 PM to 07:00 PM. I already got investigated by ISP related smtp delay on their end but they informed us that it is delay from our end mean from MailEnable end.

Please guide me where to get the proper information that on what end email is delaying. For getting clear picture I used mail header analyzer tool to get the result which shows that email is being delayed from our domain to ISP smtp. for your review i am attaching analyzer snapshot.

Hi,

You need to inspect the MailEnable SMTP activity log files and search for the server/recipient addresses and locate the lines where the SMTP-IN (inbound transaction from remote mail server), to determine why the message is being delayed. My guess is that you have enabled SMTP grey listing enabled.
