Undeliverables and bounce back fail SPF

Post by netmo » Wed Aug 10, 2016 2:23 pm

Hello,

After upgrading to Mailenable 9.16 all our undeliverables and bounce backs are ending up in quarantine since they're failing SPF check. Note, ourmailhostdomain.com is the mx record we use for our mail server.

"Received-SPF: fail (ourmailhostdomian.com: domain of outhostdomain.com does not designate 199.193.204.205(sender's IP) as permitted sender)
client-ip=199.193.204.205
Received: from out.West.EXCH082.serverdata.net ([199.193.204.205]) by ourmailhostdomian.com with MailEnable ESMTP; Wed, 10 Aug 2016 10:09:15 -0400
Received: from MBX082-W1-CO-2.EXCH082.serverpod.net (10.224.169.64) by
MBX082-W1-CO-2.EXCH082.serverpod.net (10.224.169.64) with Microsoft SMTP"

This was not happening prior to upgrading to 9.16. What has changed and what can we do to stop this?
