Folders not syncing between webmail and server

Hello,

I have one client that is having problems with one of his folders. The problem is that while the folder in webmail and outlook 2010 match, the folder on the server has messages that are not displaying in either. The folder is the Junk mail folder. I have tried reindexing on the server, but the problem persists. Webmail and outlook display nothing after an email that came into the folder on Friday at about 2:30 pm. Does anyone have any ideas?

If you delete the _index.xml file in that folder the server will rebuild that file based on what is currently there and you should get everything up to date.

cfdynamics, thank you for the reply. I just tried that, and got the same results, it never shows anything beyond 9-2-16. There are a bunch of emails out there after that, but none are showing up.
