Recover missing folder to mailbox

One of my users has lost a folder from his mailbox what's the best to restore the folder.

Do you have a backup of the store folder? If not then no way to recover if its been deleted from server.

Yes I have a backup but not sure how to recover just one folder.

Hi,

Navigate within the backup to the mailbox store folder.

Example: Mail Enable\postoffices\(postoffice name)\MAILROOT\(mailbox name)

Locate the missing folder in the mailbox folder. Copy the folder to the same path in the active MailEnable installation path. Once copied delete the _folder.xml file in the root mailbox folder.
