Hi,
In one of our mailserver the MAILROOT folder under Postoffice where all the user email data is stored is somehow lost. The data can't be retrieve as we don't have backup.
Now when the legitimate user trying to access their mailbox it gives permission error in webmail and IMAP/POP is also not working.
Could you please advice how can we resolve this issue? Is there any way create all the users folder under MAILROOT folder automatically. There are thousands of mailboxes and creating it manually looks impossible.
