Junk mail filter not working 100%

I am using ME 9.51 and on my postoffice i have the option set to deliver junk mail to the junk folder, and i'm receiving several emails where in the headers, i have this line:

X-ME-Content: Deliver-To=Junk

But its not delivering that mail to the junk folder. I do have two different email addresses attached to the same account, and i have a rule running that moves messages from the second email address to its own folder, thus giving me two email addresses in one webmail account. So far i've only found these junk emails in the secondary account, not the primary. Is this a bug with the rules triggered by webmail?
