My message trace utility does not show any files in the date drop down. I didn't use the default location for the logs. Is there a way to get the utility to point to the right folder?? or is there another problem I'm not seeing?

Have the same issue. Appears to be a bug. Version 9.62 does not mention this to be fixed either. Manually copying smtp activity logs in to the default location for now until this is resolved.

I'm running 9.6 I thought that's when it broke but wasn't sure which 9.5x version it did work.
