[SOLVED] No email counts

[SOLVED] No email counts

I migrated my mail server from one server to another. Pretty much straight forward but now I notice that the mail counts in each postoffice says "n/a". Is there a way to correct this?

Hi,

Within the administration console navigate to: Messaging Manager. Right click and select properties. Under the "Administration" tab use the drop down for "When displaying the mailbox list, dish usage is determined: " option to: Calculate sizes. Restart the administration console and you should see message count.
