Email received in Webmail is scrambled letters, Outlook is empty.

We are using Outlook to connect to our email, the problem is some staff who receives email from specific email address (@gmail.com & @icloud.com), they receive an empty content, but when they try to open it directly from Webmail, it shows long letters mix up with numbers and '+'. And in the mobile they can see the content. But they rarely use the phone to open the emails. I have attached a snapshot of the email content received via Webmail.

What version of MailEnable Enterprise are you running? If not the latest please upgrade and try your tests again.
